What this covers

These terms govern your use of the GlowUp OS website and the pre-launch waitlist. They’re short on purpose: the only thing you can do here today is read public copy and submit your email. When the GlowUp OS app launches, the app will have its own separate terms.

Who can use this

You must be 18 years or older to join the waitlist. By submitting your email, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the email address belongs to you.

No medical, dermatological, or diagnostic advice

GlowUp OS is a beauty, style, and confidence planning product. It is not a medical device, not a dermatology service, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Nothing on this site — or in the future app — is a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

Pre-launch promises

Founder access (the “first 500 get their 30-day plan free” offer) is real and tracked server-side via your signup order. It applies to the first paid month of GlowUp OS once available on the iOS App Store. We’ll honour it for everyone whose signup record sits within the first 500 founder slots. We’ll publish the terms of the offer in full before redemption.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit email addresses you don’t own.
• Attempt to access the database, admin endpoints, or non-public parts of the site.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.

Intellectual property

The GlowUp OS name, logo, copy, and visual design are owned by GlowUp OS and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or repurpose them without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided “as is” on a best-effort basis during pre-launch. We make no warranties about uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowUp OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed €100.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, if you’re on the waitlist, email you before the change takes effect.
